This demo uses the save to TGA feature in LoadTGA, and sends the result to ffmpeg. Obviously, you need ffmpeg installed. Tweak to fit your needs!
This is not a perfect solution, I would prefer to send the frames directly to the encoder. I havn’t had time to fix that yet.
